Needle Probes

These needle handheld probes come in two varieties. Firstly a cross handle ideal for the corkscrew probe or the tarmac probes such as the KP02. Secondly a ball shaped handle is used to allow the user to probe food with a comfortable handle to fit in the ball of the hand. The ball shaped handle is made from polypropylene - the same material as milk crates. They are totally encapsulated, increasing strength, durability and ensuring the sensor is entirely waterproof. Polyuretane cables are used as standard (as opposed to PVC) for the enhanced memory of ther curl, greater retractability and strength. The ball shaped handles may be fully immersed for cleaning making them an ideal food probe to complement the MM2000 catering thermometer.
