General Purpose Probes (MI's)

These handheld temperature probes are fitted with a straight handle for greater control and comfort. The handle is made from polypropylene. The handles are totally encapsulated, increasing strength, durability and ensuring the sensor is entirely waterproof. Polyurethane cables are used as standard (as opposed to PVC) for the enhanced memory of ther curl, greater retractability and strength.

These handheld MI temperature probes are compatable with the MM range of handheld thermometers. The probes are used for liquid temperature measurement, but may also be used for air temperature measurement and with care can be used for some semi-solid temperature measurement. They are also used for the temperature measurement of freezers and fridges as a binder probe.
